Ingredients:
40 g of wheat flour
500 g button mushrooms
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp wine / wine (if you want)
500 ml heavy cream
500 gr tortellini
salt to taste
butter to taste
How to manufacture:
1. Combine mushrooms with lemon juice, and then enter into a pan that has been buttered and heated. Add salt and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until mushrooms wilt. Add wine, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Enter the cream to the boil for about 5-10 minutes. Then taste great.
2. Heat a large pot filled with water that has been given salt to taste, then put a little oil or butter to boil tortellini. After tortellini cooked, serve on four plates, then add mushroom cream sauce that had been prepared beforehand.
Tip: To produce a strong flavor, mix a bit of dried mushrooms as a mixture of button mushrooms, such as shitake or porcini mushrooms.
